By accessing or using Critiqual Performance (hereinafter “the Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Service.
2. Description of Service (Terms and Conditions)
Critiqual Performance provides Life Coaching and Sport Psychology services. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting assessments to understand clients’ goals and challenges
- Developing personalized coaching plans
- Setting measurable objectives and action strategies
- Offering life coaching for personal and professional development
- Implementing sport psychology techniques
- Hosting regular coaching sessions to track progress
- Providing accountability, emotional support, and feedback
- Adjusting coaching plans based on evolving client needs
3. User Registration
To access certain features, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and maintain the security of your account credentials.
4. User Responsibilities: Terms and Conditions
You are responsible for safeguarding your account details and all activity under your account. Notify Critiqual Performance immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
5. Payment and Billing
If the Service requires payment, you agree to pay all fees in advance as listed on the website. Fees for individual sessions are non-refundable. Critiqual Performance reserves the right to update pricing or billing methods at any time.
5.1 Cancellation and Refund Policy for Subscription Services
5.1.1 Cancellation
Clients may cancel a package at any time by contacting us via email, contact form, or the cancellation option on our website.
5.1.2 Refund Calculation
Refunds are based on unused sessions.
Formula:
Refund = (Total Subscription Fee / Total Number of Sessions) × (Remaining Sessions)
5.1.3 Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving a cancellation request. Timing may vary depending on your financial institution.
5.1.4 Non-Refundable Fees
Processing and transaction fees are non-refundable. Only session fees are included in refunds.
5.1.5 Expiration of Refunded Sessions
Refunded sessions expire within 3 or 6 months from the cancellation date.
5.1.6 Modification of Subscription
Clients may modify their subscription (session count or duration) without cancellation fees. Updated pricing may apply.

5.2 Client Attendance and Cancellation Policy
5.2.1 Notification
Clients must give at least 2 hours’ notice for session changes to avoid forfeiture.
5.2.2 Forfeiture
Failure to notify within 2 hours will result in forfeiting the session. No refunds or rescheduling will be granted.
5.2.3 Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional cases, Critiqual Performance may apply discretion. Contact us as soon as possible to explain your situation.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, graphics, tools, and resources provided through the Service are owned by or licensed to Critiqual Performance. Reproduction or modification without written consent is strictly prohibited.
7. Termination
Critiqual Performance reserves the right to terminate a client’s access or subscription due to breach of these Terms. Refunds will be calculated as per Section 5.1.2.
8. Limitation of Liability
Critiqual Performance shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from use of the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of South Africa.
10. Updates to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
